Virtual Learning

  • Basic Computer Training (EOTO) ages 60 & Older.
  • Registration: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.

Focus of this program is to serve seniors 60 & older to enhance their technology skills, with training in Typing, Internet Basics, E- Mail Basics, Basic Computer Operations and Microsoft Office Suite Access. Seniors are required to register and enroll for an eight week Basic Computer Training Class with an opportunity to become proficient in Internet Basics and E- Mail Basics. Upon completion of the eight weeks the participant has the opportunity to continue the next session. This program also provides the seniors with opportunity to meet and greet new people, helps them to obtain emotional stability and spiritual strength as they unite in a loving and caring atmosphere

  • Classes are for eight weeks: Tuesday & Thursday 10:00 am – 12:00 noon
  • Offering: Mavis Beacon Typing Tutor, Basic Computer Operation, Microsoft Office Suite Access, Internet Basics, E- Mail Basics
  • Community Education – open to the community Monday - Thursday 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
  • HSE ( GED ) – Tuesday & Thursday 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Access E- Mail, Job Search, Food Stamp Recertification, Resumes
  • Parenting Classes
